DAVID FERNANDES
President
David is President of Property Management by Elite Incorporated. He was born and raised in Chicopee, Massachusetts. David has been in the property management and construction industry for over 25 years doing remodeling and road construction. He had his General Contracting License in Massachusetts and now has it in Florida. He has brought his quality workmanship to Southwest Florida. He is very attentive to detail and listens to customers’ needs and wants. He always stands behind his work. His hobbies are boating, antique cars, and spending time with family. His personal goal is to grow his business and have satisfied customers.
ANABELA FERNANDES
Director
Anabela Fernandes is the Director of Property Management by Elite Incorporated. She was born and raised in Ludlow, Massachusetts. She has her Bachelors degree in Business Management and has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. She was the Safety Director and was certified as an OSHA trainer. She is dedicated to her clients. She finally made SWFL her home in 2018. Her hobbies are biking, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends. Anabela’s goal is to bring exceptional customer service to the Southwest Florida region.
DALIA DACRUZ
Administrator
Dalia is the Administrator for Property Management by Elite Incorporated. With years of experience in the real estate and construction industries, Dalia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. She is a skilled administrator and is passionate about providing exceptional service to our clients. In her free time, Dalia enjoys spending time with her family, doing outdoor activities, and hanging out with Eli (her dog).
